Services

  • Individual Pilates Session

    One on one training with a classically certified Pilates instructor. Each session will get you deeper and deeper into the work of strengthening and lengthening your body.
    You will become stronger, and more mobile and flexible.

  • Duet Pilates Session

    Partner with someone of similar abilities and you will enjoy the same benefits as having an individual session with the exception of sharing the trainer’s time with another client.

  • Mat Class

    Join a small group of no more than 5 for a classical mat class.


  • Personal Training

    One on one functional training with a concentration on strength, balance, and endurance to enhance daily living. Workouts will incorporate the use of bars, dumbbells, bands, and body weight.

  • Resistance Tubing Class

    Join a small group of no more than 6 for some well needed strength training utilizing one simple piece of exercise equipment, resistance tubing.

  • Nutritional Counseling

    Receive metabolic and body composition testing, instruction, and weekly coaching on how to lose weight, gain weight, or maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle.
